Program description

Wilcox and Flegel (“W+F,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) offers text message notifications to customers who opt in. Programs include:

• Delivery Notifications: Updates about your scheduled deliveries, including order scheduled, out for delivery, on the way, and delivery confirmation messages.
• Events and Promotions: Reminders and announcements about W+F events, conferences, and offers. You’ll receive these only if you separately opt in to this program.

How to opt in

You may opt in when placing an order with W+F or by completing a W+F sign-up form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency

Delivery Notifications: message frequency varies based on your delivery activity. Events and Promotions: up to 4 messages per month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

How to opt out

Text STOP to the number that sends you messages at any time. You’ll receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. To rejoin, text START.
