Cardlock fueling is a fleet fueling management system that helps you control and track fuel purchases. If you manage a fleet of vehicles, utilizing a cardlock program could save you a lot of time, money, and hassle. Cardlock sites are unmanned and aren’t open to the public, so they don’t usually offer convenience stores for snacks and drinks. Cardlock cards can be used to purchase gas or diesel + DEF and are set with quantity (not dollar) limits. Through additional card controls, you can limit access to a single product, so if a driver tries to purchase gas on a diesel-only card, their transaction won’t work. Features like these differentiate cardlock from retail fuel cards and greatly reduce the risk of fraudulent use if a card is lost or stolen.
